Reservation Policies & Fees

Deposit

  • One night refundable deposit, inclusive of tax will be charged at time of booking.
  • For Christmas/New Years (12/19-1/4) booking, we will take a 50% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.
  • For stays of 21 nights or longer, we will take a 50% non-refundable deposit inclusive of tax at time of booking.

Remaining Balance

  • For travel dates 1/5/25 - 12/18/25: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 7 days prior to arrival.
  • For travel dates 1/5/26 - 12/18/26: Will automatically be charged on credit card provided 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For the Christmas/New Years period (12/19 – 1/4): Balance will be automatically charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For stays of 21 nights or longer: Balance will be automatically charged 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Terms

  • Travel dates 1/5/25-12/18/25: 7 days or more notification prior to arrival, one night deposit will be refunded.
  • Travel dates 1/5/25-12/18/25: Less than 7 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
  • Travel dates 1/5/26-12/18/26: 30 days or more notification prior to arrival, one night deposit will be refunded.
  • Travel dates 1/5/26-12/18/26: Less than 30 days notification prior to arrival, full reservation value will be forfeited/no refunds.
  • For the Christmas/New Year’s period 12/19-1/4:
  • Cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival: 50% deposit will be forfeited
  • Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Full forfeiture of reservation value, no refunds
  • For stays of 21 nights or more:  Cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Full forfeiture of reservation value, no refunds

Fees

  • All Reservations will be assessed a 5.0% service fee plus taxes.
  • There is a $350 (for one-bedrooms) and $450 (for two-bedrooms) plus applicable taxes housekeeping fee at Mauna Lani Point. 
  • A non-refundable Damage Waiver fee of $99, plus tax if applicable, will be applied to the total cost of your reservation. This will cover the costs of any accidental damage of the vacation rental and its contents up to $1,500.

  • Check-in is 4:00PM; Check-out is 11:00AM
